Any bets on 50 ft water rise?

Dillon reservoir is full and the rain keeps coming. The little town of Silverthorn is being swamped by the Blue river. That means that there is still more water coming down the Colorado river. I really hope that next year is just like this year. I will gladly put up with shoveling snow.

The concrete ramp is way up at 3650. I think some North Ender's have discussed launching on the dirt road at much lower levels.
 
I think you could launch now, as far as water level, but it will still be a muddy river. I have put a boat on at 3607, and it was pushin it. But the silt change's all the time in the river, so we will have to see after the run off die's down, and it get's clearer. I'll be there, in August, hope it come's up a lot more . But my bet is it wont come up 60 ft, hope I'm wrong.
