The situation is totally crazy. Yes a resident of Kane County can launch a kayak from shore in Kane County. A San Juan resident can launch a kayak from the shore in San Juan county. The situation for Page residents may change in the near future but there is no clear directive yet. Page residents can launch a kayak from shore in AZ. Stay tuned this will probably all change about 5 times in the next week or two.

You would think. The locals only BS they they’re doing with the Utah State Parks is a bad sign. Ducey better get Wahweap and Antelope open for Arizona residents. I’ll sleep on my front deck up in the San Juan and never set a foot in Utah.
