Just below Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River runs cold and clear, all the river sediment trapped in Lake Powell. That is, until it encounters another stream running high with silt, in this case the Paria River. You can really see how the two streams interact, and see how the Paria turns the Colorado River into a mochaccino…
