Never thought I would see such a change. Made many trips up and down just to see what was a truly great feat.
The view from the top is one of my favorites.

I'm sure we all remember there being no beach at higher water, and only being able to drop folks off.......so low water has provided a nice beach....

Bet that beach saw the Mormon pioneers thanking God after coming down in one piece.....only to have the river in front of them.

Makes our lives look tough, eh?
