Escalante fading as a “lake” just beyond 50 mile. Photo is from the end of September. Lake has dropped ~8’ since. I had hoped to see the grand reveal of Gregory Bridge, but boat issues and lack of DR fuel stop option postpones it til spring.

That is a great shot!!! Perfect view of Explorer, Bishop, Willow, Fiftymile and Davis!!! Plus at far right you can see the left fork of Bowns Canyon. You can also see the great sandy campsite just before Davis as well as the Black Trail... wow, really good stuff...

Rock Creek Bay is beautiful. Visited this feature right where Wayne and others have described. Someone help me out…what’s the preferred title of this location again?

Arch in main Rock Creek at the mouth on the right side near the entrance is Hole in the Roof Arch. Wayne Gustaveson editC92CC4C4-5A9F-4814-BF1B-5B1E11086B4F.jpegCA6C809D-41DB-4668-86B2-E4066356B559.jpegT
