The only other thing I can think of and offer, is this… I have a 3/4 ton dodge with a winch on the front. As long as somebody wanted to nose up to me while I launched, I would repay the favor 😂. We would then have to coordinate a time to leave the lake as well.
we are looking to go down last week of january for 4 days we would be game to do team launching and combined camping if you wanted otherwise i was reserved to go south which i dont want to do

I won’t be down until March or early April at the earliest. Usually we go down the first great weather weekend we can find in the early spring due to living in Wyoming and having spring fever.

We are then going again during Memorial Day weekend. As silly as it sounds that the north lake has come to this, we are bringing st least two boats and trucks for memorial day weekend and plan to implement this trick if need be! I think Dave l should just go park at the bullfrog ramp and yank everyone off the ramp for $20 a pop! Heck I may quit my job and head that way. That sounds a lot more fun!

Its been a few years but reading here I'm wondering several things. Is Defiance House open, any meals available? The website indicates its open. Masks required I assume? What about the Offshore store, is it open? I saw some pics there with people wearing masks inside. The lake level looks devastating to the businesses on the north end. So many memories from over the years when we came often with a boat. Lived in CO for 40 years, now Kansas City. Would like to get a sit rep on services available and what to bring if we come during a warm period in Feb or March. Will not have a boat. Plan to motel it. Thanks
