You're video's remind me of our early days on the lake in the way that if you saw another boat in a canyon it would almost startle you, it was like where did they come from! I noticed very little to no traffic on your journey. Nice.

Yeah that whole trip last Tuesday the 3rd I rode about 90 miles round-trip including the side Canyons. I only saw 2 speed boats coming north between the Rincon and Escalante one was carrying extra fuel as well. And then I saw that houseboat coming out of Escalante that kind of startled me. And each time everybody gave the big hand in the air boater wave that used to be customary 20 years ago but has become less customary. I think we're all just so happy to be out there and seeing somebody else doing it! But it did also make me nervous that if something happened I'd probably be waiting around for a while. I did have some emergency supplies packed in case I had to camp out on the beach somewhere.

I expect it'll still be kind of quiet Mid Lake especially with the price of gas at Bullfrog on the water at $7.21.

Thanks for the great videos. It brings back allot of memories. The one along the wall after the Rincon was especially good, we would always ski that wall in the evening as it would be really quiet. Thanks again.
