The Cut

About 6 feet of water in the cut today, so no worries for the summer now. Antelope Point will be usable by the weekend. So, serious low lake level concerns are allayed for this year. Of course, we'll be wanting to know about channel short cuts around Padre Butte and such. Deeper canyons to again explore!
 
Antelope needs 1.47 feet as of this morning. Does anyone know if that really will be enough, or like the Cut, does it need a few feet more than 1.47 feet? Was so hoping to launch there Thursday afternoon, and not at the valet. Any photos of the public launch?

My good buddy, our fleet admiral, who first took me to LP in 1971, believes that the upstream side of the ramp is actually usable at 3585. Hard to tell in the photo Bart posted because the breakwater tire line is blocking the view.
