This smallie was at Powell. Had a great May. Didnt get to go on my ocean charter this year so dont have any good tuna,yellowtail pics. But i was blessed to have my best friend with me the last week and a half at Powell with me before he passed away.

Since we have nothing better to do, I realized I forgot my Golden trout from last year. Myself and a couple buddies made a bonsai day trip over 4th of July weekend. It’s the only weekend we could all get together in some centralized mountains, and also, we didn’t want to spend multiple days away from our families, on a family weekend, so we decided to just wake up early and do it.

Spectacular eye candy and a very tough challenge.

Yeah, warmcreek bay last may it took a 5in Yamamoto chartreuse pepper grub.

This post made me realize that I actually had a very poor fishing year in 2024. These are my best fish on the year. DIY permit in Riviera Maya, Mexico behind the hotel. Just a couple babies but it was still awesome!
