Waterman..... FYI I dropped of the Fishing Tackle Goodie Pack to Papa Whit a few days back, I totaled it and it is over $600 at retail some great stuff in it . The highest point the lake tops off at is the high water level. the winner will be the guess just under the water level post.
With the runoff just starting to increase and a great monsoon we might not have a winner tell end of July or beginning of August. Fingers crossed for a 60'+ rise, dreaming for full pool.
