It was a good day today ( monday) we hit up bullfrog out in the middle by the hump with bushes out. Caught a dozen. Than did well in forgotten. Near the back. Than Knowles treated us well. Maybe 50 or 60 fish day.
40 nice striper, 8 crappie 1 walleye, 5 nice largies up forgotten. ( found a fat school with livescope)
All were caught with shad colored jigs

Where did you find those crappie?

they cannot hide from livescope, really cool to see how fast they move around with livescope.
Just cause’ you can see em’ doesn’t mean you’ll catch ‘em’!

Livescope is awesome, effective and fun. It’s really interesting to see how the fish react to your presentation. Sometimes you kill them, other times you just realize how many fish you are not catching 🤣

I just walked in from a Wednesday/Thursday trip and talked with a guy by the name of Tom. He said he was with the National Walleye Tour and said the Lake Powell rivals any other lake in the nation. He said the it was definitely going on the tour here in a couple of years. I am really glad that I am a striper guy.

I'm heading down to my place in Ticaboo this week to work and spend some time targeting Walleye again in the GHB area. I think we'll be on the water Friday and Saturday. Anybody else coming this week? The temperature should be in the mid 50's. If you see my white 19 ft boat with 2 white motors come say hello
