Glad you had a fun trip, Awesome info, did not try the x-rap, mostly deep 30' diver types of lures, were you using leadcore or downriggers?

Down to 15' was the deepest we ran, followed by spoons to 40'-60'. Left side of the SJ mouth was pretty good most mornings.

We've never seen so many large Shad schools, it was fun to see.

Bass turn on in the springtime when water warms to 60-65 F.. They use that same comfort zone in the fall. The next 3 -4 weeks should be the best time for bass fishing in the fall.
