I'm confused?

How could we ever expect a fully functional 24/7 365 Decon station, when they can’t keep market buoys in the right spot, floating toilets cleaned, restaurants opened, check in gates staffed, etc…I know those are NPS and Aramark jobs, but I can’t imagine the state of Utah is gonna be any better with respect to staffing an operation like that (at least at Bullfrog and Halls).

OK you're right they don't do very good. How about turning it over to private sector like where they send you to Hanksville now. Have a couple locations in Ticaboo, a couple more in Hanksville,Torrey,Salina, Spanish Fork. This is for UT. residents where the other states don't recognize each other.
