I saw somebody nearly do that once. They launched it off the trailer and glanced off the side of the truck though. Fortunately it was a fairly small jet boat, so the folks at the ramp (about 6 in all) were able to help him pick it up off the pavement. My impression of the drive was that he had been inhaling far too much exhaust.
There's some truth to that!
