So maybe you can answer this question.....obviously they go very slow on land.....how can they be even licensed for road travel in rules galore socialist New Zealand?

They arent for road travel. The beach house we were staying at it was common to see every boat fitted with these so there was no need to trailer the 800 yards to launch.So maybe you can answer this question.....obviously they go very slow on land.....how can they be even licensed for road travel in rules galore socialist New Zealand?

My 'friend' was asking if the new road at Stanton Creek could accommodate his 'vessel'.....? He thought two rear wheels and two propellers made his ______ a 4 'wheel' drive....he's kinda a punster....and we know how irritating they can be......
