Ive had nightmares at night that look like that every time i think i left my engine down.

I bet that is one expensive fishing trip. He's probably going to pay for that trip for a long, LONG time. Maybe even well past the next fishing trip.
I'm guessing he used natural bait for that red snapper on the right. Either greenbacks or a nice big worm.
Any suggestions on how to fillet, prepare and heat that up?
I hear red snapper starts getting rancid after a few days no matter what you do.
I caught one of those recently. I'm not normally a catch and release kind of guy but that snapper was far too sour for me so I decided to throw it back.........
