Grind it up and drain it down to the fishing dock. Permanent chum supply
Try getting that one past the NPS !! But its a good idea except for the extreme amount of guts on big striper days
A lot would float to the top and stay there. can you imagine the volume on a 500-1000 fish guts a day on a heavy striper day?
 
Very discouraging to pull up to a beach for swimming and look into the crystal clean water only to find fish guts floating down there.
 
I really don't think there is a problem with fish being disposed of on a dispersed basis. If you were just having the fish cleaning stations drain to the lake, it could result in a zone of excessive loading, resulting in a low oxygen anaerobic zone, which would severely impact the area around the marina. Additionally, it would result in excessive nutrients in a single area, causing potential for algae blooms. Better to just pump it to the wastewater facilities.
