December the 13th this year falls on a Frisay. As long as you 're not a Templar knight it shouldn't bother you so best wishes for great weather and good fishing! It's a crap m shoot that time of year as far as weather goes, could be perfect could be very foul. Either way, Powell is always beautiful!

Here's another map showing where the fishing reports have been coming from. It took an hour to get to the horn from Bullfrog traveling approximately 32 mph. I was there this past weekend and fished 2 Mile and the horn. I didn't have any success at two mile, but the horn produced healthy stripers from the 2-5lb range and their bellies were full of shad. We trolled Berkeley flicker shad 7 deep dive at 3.5 -4 mph. View attachment 30622

We decided we are buying the Garmin navonics for boating maps and put it on an iPad for this trip. Do you know the depth that you offset the water level at Lake Powell or does it automatically do it?

I had my lake master set with 125 ft offset a month ago. Look on the Lake Powell data base page for the current offset. It should be close to 125

Navionics uses bathymetric surveys/scans from 3606. Today's LP elevation is 3574. So, you'd set your level to -32.

Thank you! We just tried the 125' and it showed straight land. That makes much more sense for that software.
