Now if you could incorporate that with the sound deadening circuits in noise-cancelling headphones, they might just keep turning up the volume 'till their amp smoked! Problem solved!

Just wanted to give a quick update, All is well on the Bullfrog end of the Lake , Lots of fish and No rap music to report 10-14-17
Have been exposed to that, People do not respect what we go to Powell for.
I must relate, though, one of the best nights we had on the Lake (not counting the family trips) was back about 1998 when we were relative newbies to Powell. We beached our cuddy cruiser on a sandbar near the back of Middle Rock Creek. The Captain "me" did not realize that wet sand sucks all the heat out of a charcoal fire, so we fed the ribeyes to the ravens and had ham sandwiches, and, as a full moon came up, over the Dungeon Canyon area, we listened to "The Phantom of the Opera" from the unseen houseboat behind the ridge behind us. The next morning, as they pulled out, they apologized,(they did not know we were there) and we thanked them for the concert!

I associate Michael Jackson and his Thriller album to Lake Powell as someone across Hall's Creek Bay played it ALL night summer 1983.

Ha ha , That album is where rap all started, Vanilla Ice Cream, ............ I still remember how full the lake was in 83, the good Ole days for sure
