Buoy 25 wall is usually not crowded. Most of the time I have the whole place to myself. Fish close to the wall as in 25-50 feet from the wall working your way west from the first cove where the wall ends. The fish hang out close to the wall at a depth of 20-40 feet deep. Whenever I'm on a school and somebody shows up, I wave my arms and invite them to join me. The more anchovies that are in the water the better. Stay far enough away from other anglers to prevent tangling lines.
If the stripers are not there or not biting when you arrive, they will be later. The frenzy lasts about 2-3 hours with non-stop catching. The fishing will then slow down, but you will still catch solitary fish swimming along the wall. Eventually, another school will come by cruizing the wall and its game on again. The school will stay under your boat as long as anchovies are in the water and provide crazy good fishing for a couple hours.
Bring an empty ice chest with a bag of ice in it. You will likely fill the ice chest with stripers and need to filet some to make room for more. The fish may spoil and not taste as good if kept on a stringer or live well in 70*F water. Keep the fish iced down in an ice chest until you have time to fillet them.
Good Luck!
