If one were to drop the lower unit of many outboards for a real inspection, there
may be muscles. Seen it before while the boat is spotless otherwise.

Thanks. Big up hill battle. The boating community brought forth some ideas that I really think would eliminate (and I chose that word purposefully) the threat of spreading ANS, but I am not sure if the "powers that be" are open to change.

There is a city council meeting next week. Will see where that goes. Otherwise, this will be an election issue.

And, for those that are wondering, I do not use my boat on this lake. But I think it is important for the boating community to stand together or we will lose other lakes.
