Me and my buddy Jeba are going to Blue Notch Thursday night . @Chovyboy called me today and he is coming by boat and his dad is driving in . My other buddy Rush is thinking about it , and @last wild human has been down there since the the 30th. Road must be open , its a little more distance than Halls. But it has to be a lot better fishing there on a Kayak than Halls. Give me a call when you can.
The weather is changing on Windfinder need to keep track of , but I am for sure going all loaded up

We are going to make it happen with Calvin and Easton Wed, hope the fish bite for them in the north, going back for my 6 th trip this year with Rush and Buddy all so, come on down with Dave and join in. I love this life :)
I've eaten fish three days in a row, Crappie, Walleye, and Striper. I hope to start that over, when I get back 😁
 
I was setting here thinking, if a kid wants to go fishing with an old man, he really loves fishing, he has the passion for it :).
I've been watching the eclipse, and wishing I had gone to Powell on the last one. But the bite was more important, at the time. Hindsight and forsyth is 20 20 😁

She took the salt n pepper, and that is what I throw most of the time. I will use Glow with a chartreuse tail, and opening night/ glow/ lime, which is realy flashy and purple assassin's every once in a while. But salt n pepper is usually better.
