Was down there Wed - Fri. The ramp was open. Fish did 't want to play much but we put the boat on the water

I see nothing about launch ramp closures on the NPS Lake Powell website. My guess is they are still open

Our friends at Halls Crossing say the campground and ramp is still open there

I talked with the guy running the tournament on Saturday. He said this will be their last tournament of the year.
When going through decon the DWR officer said they plan to remain open for decon throughout the season.

We were headed to Hall's on Saturday and hopefully staying in the primitive campground. Could you maybe keep us up-to-date on the gas station, campground and launch ramp via your friends.

Steve. According to the email I got from my friends at Halls yesterday, they say the marina store at Halls doesn’t have much in it and the store at the gas station is still closed. They said the gas dock on the water is not open yet and doesn’t open until later in the month. The main campground is open but they didn’t say anything about the primitive campground. I would think it is open as Stanton Creek is open. Might be pretty muddy. Ben

Ben thanks for the information, we will see what we decide. We are comming from Page area to get back to are old stomping grounds

Thank you! I will put that advice to good use. I am a scatter brain and try catching everything for a mixed bag but I love to catch all the different bass in Powell, especially SM. Maybe someday I will run into you on the south end, if you ever need a partner give me a shout. I will bring the boat.

I do sometimes need a partner. I'd love to share a boat with you sometime!
