This is slightly off-topic, but some folks are concerned about water levels near Bullfrog in the near future.
The lake is at about 3,550 right now. It will be intentionally close to 3,545' very soon. The most probably HIGH for 2022 is about 3,548' (i.e., the HIGH for 2022 is about where it is NOW )
MATH: The lake is dropping at precisely 1.00' every 5 days right now (Lake Powell Water Data)
Lake will most likely drop to 3,525' by March, 2022 (ref. attached file)

When you get there walk into the water in different spots off the side of the blacktop before you get the rig down there

I thought I read that is (slick rock) sandstone and not dirt off the side of the road bed. If that's the case should be as good as the road bed for traction. Maybe someone who's launched there recently can confirm or enlighten.

Not slick rock. Gravel and pebbles. Good traction. No mud.
