I mounted such a table but did not use the swim platform. I drilled a 2" hole in the gunnel. Took the standard pole that came with the table from Bass Pro (about 36 inches long). The standard table pole fits into the hole I drilled. I blocked the hole so it would keep the table at waist height. I remove the table and store it in the ski well until I'm ready cut fish. Have a floating scrub brush to clean the table after I'm done. Filets go in a colandar so I can rinse them before taking them to the HB kitchen.
