We fished mainly in the Red Canyon area. We also spent a day fishing Lake Canyon and Cedar. We found small schools of fish in both. The water temp was 48. Yes, last trip we fixed the steering issue we had. Thanks for asking. Fishing in Blue Notch was a bust. Most of the fish we caught were in 25-30 feet next to Islands. This was a great trip. My 15 year old grand nephew had a blast. This was his first trip to Powell.

Was he in a tiller steering boat with a white beard? If so I talked to him briefly 2 different days, he seemed to be doing fine. We did not see another boat on the lake 2 of the 3 days. Not even in the parking area at Bullfrog.
