Since I may be the only hatless person on the team, chances are high that a great program was missed by the entire flock tonight.

Go to YouTube and search

PBS NEWS SPECIAL - TIPPING POINT - A RIVER REIMAGINED. Lots of things the WW team already knows, but the issue is gaining big focus and public traction right now with a predictable lowest ever water level this week and this will hopefully force one time very difficult decisions higher up to be very easy decisions today.

Understanding the source is PBS it is possible some of you have already pre-concluded it is fake news. Carry on banging your drum.

If your curiosity got you, may you find a path to be part of a loud voice to demand management of things that involve science by to be managed by smart people who understand science.

Enjoy the program and to curiosity.

The woman who represents Colorado kept implying that the upper basin has been making usage cuts, while lower basin has not.

However, JFR's chart from a couple weeks ago shows the opposite. It’s Not About Increased Water Demand. It Never Was. Really.

Does anybody know if I am misunderstanding something?

That woman was also frustrating because she basically danced around every direct question. Though I guess she's a negotiator, so she can't give the opposition any ammunition.
