First trip of the 2018 season, May 10, 11, 12... Wind, lots of wind, none the less, a great trip. Fishing was slow, my middle son caught a nice fat smally and promptly returned it to the lake. The stripers and cats were biting after dark on anchovies. The smb were caught on green jigs. Total fish count was 13.
And an interesting find. "Part of the crew, part of the ship..."
We camped in a small cove just up lake from Labyrinth the first night. When we saw the wind advisory, we moved deep into Last chance. I hope everyone stayed safe during thy big wind!
