Water Question

I want to know if any body has any way of telling how much water would end up in Powell from a storm? Example we just had a very good storm come thru the upper roaring fork basin , would there be a way to tell how much rise the lake would gain from that one storm?

Too many factors, I'm afraid. Upstream reservoir levels, soil moisture content, etc.
