How can the inflow be negative for July 12. Maybe someone can explain? Is the water flowing up hill?

If you look across at the inflow entry, it's pretty obvious that there was an error in the inflow number.

Bad source data that I get from here. https://www.usbr.gov/rsvrWater/rsv40Day.html?siteid=919&reservoirtype=Reservoir

The USBR does, on occasion, put out bad data which they later correct. My systems do not know good from bad and once it has data it just looks for the next time it sees new data and moves on. I could change the code to look for changed data but for now, it is a very simple fix on my end.
