Walleye Reports?

They are starting to turn on the gravel bars in Good Hope .

Good hope bay a couple of weeks ago the walleye were in every little nook off of main chanel that had gravell and shade. Caught a bunch ... all were on ned rig fished on bottom with a super slow crawl. “Super slow” if it wasnt on bottom the entire time you didnt catch one. Once we figured it out we hammered them!

Also caught stripers largies smallies and crappie on the same bait fished the same way!

A Ned rig is basically half a Senko on a mushroom jig head.

Had many grand slams on the ned rig ... every species in the lake will eat it! I never go without em. Usually outfishes all other baits

That’s what we used last week.

No need to tip it with anything. Fish them slow off the bottom. They’re deadly.

How deep did you fish ?

This will only make good structure for walleye when the lake starts to rise!

Not deep .... casting to shore, let it hit bottom and slow crawl back. Keeping boat maybe 40-50 ft from shore.
