I’ve been fishing around Wahweap and the dam the last 3 days. Stripers with anchovies have been consistent on the west wall by the dam. The longer Stripers have all been skinny, the 12”-16” strippers have mostly been more healthy. I have not seen any slurps yet. Smallmouth fishing has been good as expected. 4” grubs and crawfish imitations have been my most consistent smallmouth technique but I’ve also caught about a dozen on top water baits. Catfish have been fat and active. I’m headed up lake in this afternoon for the week.
