Spent a nice few days at the campground last weekend. Upon arriving, the normal loop we stay in, (loop C) was closed for sewer repairs. Loop B was also closed I believe. NPS will have loops closed throughout the fall/winter with no exact timeline for completion. It did look like they painted the exterior of our bathroom in loop D. Bathrooms were really clean and did not have the sewer smell like we had in the spring. Someone on WW mentioned the trees dying or something like that...I did not see any difference in the trees for any of the loops. We normally enjoy the space Loop C provides and for last few years the campground hasn't been that busy. However with two loops closed it was kind of fun to have a full loop with a bunch of people enjoying the views and campground.
