Anyone know the schedule for the USBR preparation of the studies released around the 15th of the month? Just curious whether the the forecast group and other USBR folks will have the full impact of this recent wave of storms and the system coming this week when they produce Nov study. Oh, how I would love to be a fly on the wall for those discussions! A surprise of 15 feet (600,000 af?) of water, a wet water shed, upstream reservoirs way up, 6,000 or 7,000 release, . . . talk about a lot of moving parts.
