Somehow, I blocked someone that I didn't want to. Actually I haven't blocked anyone intentionally. I can't seem to find how tk unblock.

On the blue tool bar, click your avatar. Within the pop-up screen there will be an option "ignoring". Click on that, it will list anyone you may have blocked.
