Very shortly they will have a test that will show coronavirus antibodies. Once someone has that in their possession it will prove they are immune. I would assume such a person would be in high demand as an employee while all others will be in low demand. NPS could hire such people as gate attendants. Then the fee system could be back up and running. The few parks still open would presumably be in high demand. But once they have immune gate guards a quota system could start to allow social distancing.
Otherwise I fear we will be shut down for 12+ months until a vaccine arrives.
 
I have changed my mind. If getting a positive antibody test becomes valuable people will start paying sick people to breathe on them. Powell is going to be shut for a long time.
 
Look into the Federal Hiring Process. Its a 12 month process to hire an unskilled labor person to pick up a piece of trash.
