Thank You Bart!…(New Donate Feature Too)

Okay, just putting a toe in the water. I've added a "Donations" tab in the navigation bar. It goes to a page that explains our expenses - and has a "Donate" button (processed through Stripe). It defaults to a $20 donation, but you can choose your own amount.

I'll probably disable the tab once we have enough for a year's worth of expenses.

I'm open to comments and suggestions. :)

YES....IMHO.......Keep the Donate 'TAB' open!!!! :cool:

In the olde days they'd say: Put it on my tab.

So.....

What Does 'Tab' Mean?​

The term tab is a versatile slang term that can have multiple meanings depending on the context. In Newcastle Upon Tyne, an open order of items to be paid for later, such as drinks ordered from a bar.....is a 'tab'.

Everyone gets something good & useful from WW.......history/fishing/lake/NPS/weather/ramp/mussel/pinning, etc, etc,etc & more info.

'Items (info) to be paid for later'.......how appropriate......

Not to mention the calm discussion over the insane rampant destruction caused by wake boats........THAT is priceless.....and looking at the previews, next season could be the best yet.......... :LOL:

We need to keep this going at least until this site is self sustainable.
Five, ten or twenty bucks is a small price to pay for such a great site.
Wayne and Bart give there time and extraordinary efforts to make this such an enjoyable experience, the least we can do is make it pay for itself.
Come on guys...... Step up to the plate.

Best $20 I have spent on entertainment and education this year.

I too, donated $20.....Bart says it's ....'NOT tax deductible'.....however, my CPA is looking into if it CAN be tax deductible as .......wait for it.........medical expense?.....:unsure:

I asked the CPA...isn't there a new deduction......"Support Forum"??

Better than, & Much Less yapping than those damn 'Support Chihuahuas' in the middle seat next to you.

I'll get back to you all with my one phone call.....
