Heard late Saturday that the lake was closing today. Got up early Sunday and ran down to the Lake to get at least one day in since it was slow a couple of weeks back. Wind was blowing too hard to fish a couple of my favorite holes but got back into the canyon across from Forgotten and a rock pile that usually produces. In an hour caught 10 nice fish on a ned rig. Mainly smallies but a few LM. Left my little boat in the slip with a hope that I could get out on the Lake next week but that seems to have gotten ruled out as well. Bummer!
