Strong Monsoon Moisture Flow to Return Mid Week of July 11th Onward

We had a few good gully washers when I was there the pas couple weeks but, it could have ben better. However the lake came up a cupule days too.

Also glad to see that Utah had some improvements in soil moisture levels. Long ways to go but at least not getting worse.
