Stripers going nuts

We just got home July 20th from a 5 day stay in crystal Springs. There are a few fish boiling in the mouth there but the real news is just North of Forgotten Canyon in the main channel. It is absolutely loaded with stripers. The evening of the 19th and morning of the 20th was unbelievable. I’ve been chasing stripers at Powell since 1980 and this was by far the biggest boil action I’ve ever come across.
You will have a couple of hours early and about the same in the evening.
My Son and I were in fish pretty much constantly during those times and I don’t want to give numbers because you may call me a liar but it was significant. I have video but don’t know how to post them on here so here’s a couple pictures.
We used fly rods as well as gear.
We did break a Sage fly rod in all the mayhem but there has to be a sacrifice to the Powell fishing gods for being able to witness this kind of event!

Can confirm.
It was pretty much wall-to-wall across the main channel and lasted for a solid hour+.

I feel bad for the others in our group who decided to sleep in that morning instead of fishing with us because I let them down on the other mornings with mediocre fishing, but this boil was literally unbelievable!

After just a few catches, I gave up taking photos because I couldn't keep up, but here are a couple of my boys.
