Here is a great video of stripers slurping in the San Juan near Neskahi Canyon. Video was taken by Brian Gustaveson while his brother Mark was fishing the slurps. I have had really good success catching slurpers on Rebel Jumpin' minnows and on small Steelshad. Stripers are still slurping in the lower half of the lake where visibility exceeds 2 feet. Boils will begin in about 2 weeks in the northern lake when stripers can see larger shad.
