Striper question

I am curious If there is any thought to catch and release/ limit for stripers in the near future due to the mussel infestation? I think I recall Wayne saying a few years back that increased mussels would harm the food source (shad) for stripers, and that the striper population could be devestated in as little as ten years. If this is the road we are going will there be a time to return stripers? Crazy thought I know, just curious and not fishing

It is a possibility but will not be enacted until we are sure this is the proper course of action. It is 10 years out if needed at all.
