Striper fishing trip planning second week of may

I'm going this next week, and I was wondering where the stripers are biting. I'm going to target bass and walleye a lot but I always want to know where the Stripers are. I'm launching at bullfrog backup ramp and may go as far south as Iceberg, but may go as far North as Cedar.

I prefer not to troll if possible or bait fish.

Trolling is the very first step to finding them ? Once located just stay on top of the area and have at it with jerks and spoons...

Launching out of Bullfrog tmrw to Friday afternoon. Targeting striper, walleye, and smallmouth. I will post on anglers corner tmrw night and Thursday night. Staying in the campground but Stanton is the back up plan.

I feel like they are scattered, hungry and could show up anywhere and eat anything. We caught a couple across from Moki, trolling that gravel bar on the other side. Boats were consistently hanging out at the mouth of Moki (downstream side at the end of the Moki Wall), but I didn’t get anything there. We didn’t go South of Bullfrog. I hope others have better info for you.

I caught a few stripers in about 10 feet of water on swim shad over the weekend at the South end, but still nothing like last year. There was a pretty significant algae bloom last summer late and I think that may have killed a bunch of fish. I remember seeing dead stripers floating all over the south end. Still catching plenty of smallmouth down here though.
