Stipers at the Dam

I was able to take a 1 day trip to Powell on Monday April 13. There were 7 of us in my boat and we only had about 4 hours to fish. We were able to catch about about 50 or so. Most were between 2 to 4 pounds and pretty healthy. Weather was overcast and a little breezy. Tight Lines!

Thank you for the report. I might stop and fish around the dam next week but plan on spending most of my time up lake.

I took my kids out to the dam today. Beautiful day, just a little chilly and not much wind, excellent day at the lake. The fishing at the dam was a little slow. Seemed like there was a group hanging out at about 130 feet and then others down toward the bottom, we caught a handful, just enough for dinner. Enjoyed every minute of it.
