Is it possible to launch a trailer boat at Stanton with the current this water level?

You cannot launch at Stanton anymore because of the mussels. You must go through the inspection station, and launching/retrieving your boat at Stanton would avoid the AIS inspection......

I can't speak to the condition of the shoreline for launching, but you could launch without a mussel check so long as you go back to have your boat inspected after you put it back on the trailer.

My mom was told by a ranger last week that she wasn't allowed to take a boat down stanton because the road was too rough..... but you can take a giant 5th wheel? Doesn't make sence to me, for that reasoning at least, but thats what the ranger said.

I know in the past few years the parks svc. have had signs out that you could not launch from Stanton. But I don't think they specified the reason.

Check first, there is still a sign at the entrance to Stanton stating launching is NOT allowed. That said, I don't think they are enforcing that rule. Sq

No there is no inspection at Hite , keep your receipt . And follow guide lines for cleaning your boat.
