I personally don't deal with off shore , how ever one of my Men does , he has never got into trouble sleeping on his boat. How ever he has never asked any one either for permission . I guess don't ask don't tell good luck.

I have stayed several times over the last few years. Last year I stayed for 3 nights in a row, when we installed solar panels. We were in the lot right next to the store and nobody said a word to us.
