Spring has Sprung

Water temperature this morning in Wahweap Bay was 58 degrees. That is one degree higher than needed for excellent smallmouth fishing. Stripers are going crazy at the dam and in Warm Creek and Navajo plus uplake.

Expect water temperature to exceed 60 degrees this afternoon. Fishing success is incredible right now.

Excellent to hear. Headed down Wednesday - Saturday. Hoping the weather and cold fronts headed through this week don't slow it down too much.

True Blue - It was a pleasure to meet you at the fish cleaning station yesterday and talk about fishing. It was good to see a large number of stripers on the cleaning table and even to take pictures with you and family and friends. Weather has moderated today so it is likely that you are finding fish today as well.

We went over the weekend, houseboat did not run right, broke the trolling motor cable on the bass boat after two hours on Saturday but managed to catch this 18" smallie so it was still a great weekend. Be down again soon.
Says my file is too large, guess I could of said she was 19"
