Heading to Powell the last weekend in August for our annual trip. I see there are lots of reports and boils north. Anyone catching anything to the south? Hoping to get into the striper schools and help do my part in keeping, or trying to get, them under control. Thanks.
We spent the last wk in Padre area. Not 1 boil. Caught some stripers trolling ratletraps, and a few on chovies. Overall, worst striper fishing in that area we've seen. Caught some in Navajo, and by the dam too.
