So, Who’s all going to Bullfrog for the Eclipse?

Got here today, Wednesday and got the best spot, B-9, campground is maybe 1/2 full. All 3 loops are open. I was taking to someone on the dock who said that there’s a tournament this weekend on top of the eclipse. Can anyone confirm this? Should be real crazy. AT&T cell service is great in the campground. Squirrel P.S. The wind has howling most of the day today. Didn’t bother to launch the boat today, there’s always tomorrow

Any WWising the WW MMSI number? I finally have figured out how to use our personal numbers to call from boat to boat, now I need to figure out the group thjing

I have an MMSI but have never had anyone to try it out on and now I’m not sure I remember how! @Grant Stevens - USBR walked us through it a few years ago but I don’t have time to go back and find that before we go in the morning. It would be nice to know how to communicate within the WW group, for now it will just be normal radio.

Launched at Wahweap today, heading NE early Saturday to catch the eclipse.

Would.habe been easier to just drive to BF but we're on the lake and that's awesome. Not crazy busy down south, yet.

As of this morning there were plenty of camping spots in loop A at Bullfrog. Most are treeless but it’s not that hot like in the summer. SqSq

I can't wait to compare all the pics from around the lake. I'm heading out to Wahweap this afternoon, and heading uplake early tomorrow morning. Destination Padre Bay-ish. In a Boston Whaler "blue top," but not a rental. Will have a special guest with me.
