I’ve been in sales my entire career. I’ve worked with many people (both subordinates as well as executives) that get way too invested in daily numbers. My opinion is you drive yourself crazy doing that. I like trends and forecasts (which you have to use some sort of filter as well). I think snow levels are the same.

And at least with snow levels being something we have no control over, I don’t think it pays to get overly concerned with. As long as the ramps and marinas are in the water that’s really all I need.

And with the trend on this side of “no Dangling Rope is good as it makes mid lake less crowded” I’d think the same thought process would go for The Cut.

This is wise advice. I am trying to not watch the numbers at the moment. I really like watching them more when I see the big storms piling up and seeing the change. It's when things get flat and I can see us dropping further behind the pace that it becomes more concerning. The healthiest thing to do is to ignore them for a little while and come back and see how things have changed.

Looking at graphs and simply just spitballing it, it looks like we’d need one more of these good storms to be in real good shape here up north.

Southern Utah, southern Colorado and northern Arizona need some help.
 
Well there's a time and a season for everything. A time to watch and a time to ignore. During a "Miracle March" comeback I'm paying attention; we could start our runoff in earnest 30 to 45 days from now and here in Az we had almost no snow until March. This is the 4th quarter of a play off game now.

Hopefully we get spring rains soon to get the ground wet and get all that nice snowpack melting quickly. #SublimationSucks!
